WAGNER Americas is reliable even in times of crisis and fulfills service mission

Over the past year and a half, many things have been different due to the global pandemic situation caused by the Corona virus. So was the project and service handling at the customer's site. Due to travel bans, etc., WAGNER Americas could only rely on digital support from Germany, WAGNER's headquarters.

Florian Buchner (Regional Sales Manager West Cost USA) and Earl Muise (Vice President Sales Canada) had to travel to the customers themselves and carry out the planned maintenance. "With the assistance of our amazing service team at HQ, we were able to do the maintenance through facetime and remote support," Muise said.
