Careers at WAGNER

Catch the spark. Launch your career. WAGNER expands your horizons

Protecting our customers from the dangers of fire. This is our number-one common goal, one that has united the WAGNER Group since 1976. To achieve this goal, we need innovative ideas and creative minds in many different disciplines. We are looking for motivated and dedicated people to join our Research & Development, Project Planning & Design, and Engineering, Service & Maintenance teams. Come to us: we’ll open up new horizons for you.

A family-owned business on course for growth

For years now, WAGNER has combined sustainable growth and a trajectory for international expansion with the benefits of a family-owned company. Being a family business allows us to set our own goals and use short decision-making channels to implement them. Together with our high standards of quality and our innovative ideas, this allows us to keep opening up new opportunities for our employees to help shape the future while continuously developing their own skills.

All of our employees are actively involved in shaping WAGNER’s success and further development. To make this happen, we employ skilled professionals in all disciplines: Electrical and process engineers, (industrial) engineers, installers, technical drafters, project managers, Telecommunications/communication electricians, electro-mechanical engineers, IT technicians, systems engineers, software developers, business operations and economics specialists, social science and communications specialists, sales staff and specialist personnel for storage and logistics.

We are always looking for qualified employees who will help us improve and expand our systems and services for our customers. We place the same high quality expectations on our employees that we do on our solutions. As such, we assess the performance of the entire team as well as each individual member. We want the BEST!

Joining our team means working in a dynamic, future-oriented environment full of variety. Assertiveness, a commitment to service orientation, and the ability to motivate others are qualities that help our employees get ahead within our company. Perseverance and a well-developed sense of personal responsibility help them do their work in a solution-oriented way. At WAGNER, technical expertise and creativity are what we seek. Each of our employees is part of the team, and thus a part of WAGNER. Our employees are what make our company truly shine.
