Responsible entrepreneurship is the basis of all of our business activities, and shapes the way our employees think and act as they go about their daily work.

The WAGNER Group’s Compliance represents its commitment to upholding all applicable laws and maintaining high ethical and moral standards in every respect, in all of its work. We are committed to upholding our promise of performance at all times, guaranteeing high standards of quality, and ensuring that our systems have a long service life.

Whistleblower system - submission of tips

Correct and compliant behavior enjoys the highest priority at WAGNER and forms the foundation of our success. Serious information about compliance violations helps us to counteract such violations at an early stage and thus reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners.

Our employees and relevant stakeholders in the market, such as customers, service providers and suppliers, have the opportunity to report irregular behavior at any time. For this purpose, we provide the possibility of contacting them via several channels.

Every report is examined and consistently pursued. The interests of the persons making the report are protected and absolute confidentiality is maintained. Pressure on whistleblowers or any resulting disadvantages will not be tolerated, so that they do not have to fear any sanctions for submitting their report.

We encourage you to use the whistleblower system responsibly. This enables you to submit your report anonymously and also ensures trustworthy communication.

Below you will find the reporting channels we have set up for submitting tips.

Regardless of which channel you choose, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your notice as well as a final response in compliance with the statutory deadline of three months. All tips are first recorded by our service provider, S-CON GmbH & Co. KG and then anonymously forwarded to us.
